Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information MindSoulix Tech ("we", "us") collects through www.mindsoulixtech.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the choices you have. We are based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. Information you give us

When you contact us or start a project, we collect what you enter in the form:

• Contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, and your consent to be contacted.
• Start a Project: your name and email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the services you need, budget range, timeline, industry and a description of your project. We also record which page of the site you came from (for example an industry page) so we understand your context.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health or financial details) in your message.

2. Information collected automatically

• Security: when a form is submitted we store an anonymized, one-way hash of your IP address to detect spam and abuse. We cannot recover your IP address from it. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
• Analytics - only if you allow it: with your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). IP anonymization is on and Google's advertising features are switched off. If you decline, no analytics is loaded.
• Bot protection: if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that forms are submitted by a person. It processes limited technical information about your browser for that purpose only.

3. Cookies and similar storage

• msx-consent (your browser's local storage) - remembers whether you allowed analytics. Necessary; no expiry until you clear it.
• _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics cookies) - set only after you choose "Allow analytics". Kept for up to 2 years.
• Staff who sign in to our content management system receive a secure sign-in cookie. Visitors to the public site do not.

4. How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry, discuss your project and prepare a proposal - based on your request and consent.
• To protect the website and our team from spam, fraud and abuse - based on our legitimate interest in security.
• To improve the website using analytics - only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or advertising profiles.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website, under their data-protection terms:

• Microsoft Azure - website hosting and the database that stores inquiries (servers in India).
• Our email provider - to deliver inquiry notifications to our team.
• Google (Analytics) - only if you allow analytics.
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) - only if bot protection is enabled.

We may disclose information if required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together - then we keep what the project requires under our agreement. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

7. How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Inquiries are stored in a private database that only authorized staff can access, with role-based permissions, sign-in protection and an audit log of changes. Backups are encrypted and kept for a limited period.

8. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 - and, if you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR - you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to act for you. You may also raise a grievance with us; if you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
